Real Estate Tax Relief
How to qualify for the Real Estate Tax Relief
1. You must be 65 years old or totally & permanently disabled as of Jan. 1, 2008
2. Gross income cannot exceed $17,000 from all sources
3. Net financial worth cannot exceed $50,000
4. Application due date is May 1, 2008
