Art of the Month Program

Join us each month for our "Art of the Month" class with Karen Eggleston.  This program is held at the Collinsville Library one Monday of each month.  You will get to make something at each class that is unique and makes a great gift.  This program is for adults and 50 and over and space is limited so register early.  Contact parks and recreation at 634.4643 for more information.

Walking on the Dick and Willie Passage

Let's go walking on the Dick and Willie Passage. This program is for seniors 50 years of age and older and is great for people of all fitness levels.  Registration is required and the walk starts at the Liberty St. Trailhead.  Contact parks and recreation at 634.4643 for more information.

It's Cool to Cook Camp

Henry County Parks & Recreation and the 4-H Family Nutrition Program are excited to offer you, "It's Cool to Cook". This camp will be completely hands-on through interactive teaching, food explorations, cooking projects and a focus of kitchen safety and cleanliness. This camp is for children ages 7 - 12 and there is a maximum of 10 participants for this camp.  Contact parks and recreation at 634.4645 for more information.

Beginner Youth Tennis Camp

This camp is an excellent choice for children that have had limited exposure to the game of tennis.  They will learn the rules of tennis and the fundamental skills including: serves, ground strokes and volleys. Golf Camp I

This camp is designed for children ages 7 - 12 with little or no prior golf experience.  Participants will receive a basic introduction to the sport.  Children do not have to have golf clubs to participate.  Contact parks and recreation at 634.4645 for more information.  Camp is limited to 12 participants.

Cooking for Men on the Go

Gentlemen are you cooking for yourself? Want to learn to try something risky or new?  Join us in the 4H Kitchen and learn to be more nutritional and experimental while improving your health and skills as a cook.  Space is limited and pre-registration is required.  Contact parks and recreation at 634.4643 for more information.
