Martinsville Urgent Care Screen

Fundamentals of Bowling
Jun 28, 2012 09:30 AM - 10:30 AMSportlanes and HCPR is hosting a class designed to teach individual 50 years of age and older the fundamentals of bowling. You can learn the basics of bowling in just a few short weeks. This class will teach you how to properly hold the bowling ball, how to roll the ball, proper stance and how to use the computerized scoring. This class meets on Thursdays for five weeks. Eat Smart and Move More

This program will demonstrate very simple changes to your everyday life that will have a positive impact on your future and offer tips on nutrition.
