Eat Smart and Move More - Healthy Grilling Outdoors class is for adults ages 50 and older. This is a free class. It will be held at the Jack Dalton Park Picnic Shelter for 6 straight Wednesdays.


Start Smart Soccer

Start Smart Soccer is for children ages 4-6. They will learn the basics of playing soccer. This will be held on each Thursday, starting on Sept. 18th and ending on Oct. 16th. The class will be held at the National Guard Armory and the cost is $35. Pre-registration is required.


Adult Co-Ed Sand Volleyball League

Adult Co-Ed Sand Volleyball League at Jack Dalton Park. This will be played on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the months of June-August. The cost is $50 per team.


First Fridays at the Lanes for seniors

Join us at Sportlanes for First Fridays at the Lanes. Each game of bowling will cost only $1.00. Coffee and refreshments will be provided for free.


Basketball Spirit Squad for Elementary and Middle Schools registration begins

October 6, 2014
Time: 12:00 AM

This is an Elementary and Middle School cheer program for girls in grades 3-8. Participants will be placed on cheer squads for the 2014-2015 basketball season. Basketball cheer squads are assigned according to the number of boy's basketball teams each school has and a $40 fee is required (includes uniform) for Middle School and $10 (uniforms are purchased individually) for Elementary School. The deadline to register is Nov. 7th.

This introductory class is basic instruction on how to use a computer and designed for those seniors who are not familiar with how to use a computer. It will be held at the Collinsville Branch Library. This is a free course.

17th Annual Great Goblin Gallop 5K race

October 18, 2014
Time: 9:00 AM

The race will begin at the old Druid Hills Elementary School. The course is a beautiful, level loop around Lake Lanier. Refreshments and door prizes will be available. Race winners receive custom Great Goblin Gallop medals. The check-in is at 9:00am and the race will start at 10:00am. Early bird registration is $15 and race day registration is $20.
