The Henry County Electoral Board will meet Tuesday January 13, 2026 @ 10am in the Registrar's Office of the Henry County Administration Building.

The Virginia Electoral Board Association (VEBA) principles are ones that Henry County Elections & Voter Registration Office also promotes in our office, daily duties, as well as on Election Days.
Those Principles are:
- Adhere to the Law: Uphold the Constitution of the United States, as well as the Code of Virginia.
- Protect & Defend the Integrity of the Election Process: Safeguard against fraud and deceit by demonstrating transparency and lawful practices.
- Promote Transparency in the Conduct of Elections: Ensure that we conduct ourselves and actions so that everyone feels secure and confident in our elections.
- Treat all participants impartially: All people, including voters, citizens, candidates and political committees should be treated fairly, equally, and respectfully.
- Demonstrate personal Integrity: Conduct ourselves honestly and forthrightly in all interactions with others.
- Practice the highest level of Ethics and Stewardship: We have a duty to expend public funds carefully, and foster respect among employees, volunteers, and the public.
- Protect the Public Office: We have a responsibility to protect the virtue of elections from manipulation, personal or partisan gain.
- Advance Professional Excellence: We must educate not only ourselves, but the public as well, on new developments in election management, processes and laws through competency, legitimacy, and training.
